Our response to COVID-19

Dear friends and family,

In the last decade that we have been feeding and serving the Bay Area, we have experienced many high points, our share of lows, and countless challenges in between.

 

If we have learned anything, it is to count on the unexpected, but also on the strength and resilience of our community.

 

Our thoughts are with our partners, customers, and the Slippery Fish Catering community during this difficult time.  We hope you and your family are staying safe.

PICK-UP and DELIVERY

While our full-service catering has been put on hold, we will be offering PICK-UP and DELIVERY options.  We are currently offering grocery bags and bento boxes.

If you would like to sponsor a meal to front-line workers and healthcare workers, we can also offer these items and deliver the food on your behalf.  Please email

Safety Measures

Our kitchen will be working with a reduced staff to continue to practice social distancing. Currently, we are taking proactive and preventative safety measures in our kitchen in order to protect both our employees and our customers by taking the following actions.

  • We have increased the frequency of our already thorough sanitation practices including proactive supplemental sanitation procedures at our kitchen and during our deliveries.

  • We have re-trained our employees, prior to coming back to work on food handling and on takeout and delivery COVID-19 precautions.

  • We are actively monitoring and responding to all food and food-handling information related to COVID-19. 

 

Rest assured that we will continue to proactively implement all recommended preventative measures to protect our employees, our customers, and our families.

We are closely monitoring all government mandates regarding the COVID-19 crisis and will continue to keep you informed of any updates and changes to our operations and services.
